Application of AI and IoT to optimize enterprise management
Technologies in digital transformation are being applied by many businesses to optimize business management and enhance customers' experiences.

This is the sharing of Mr. Tran Viet Quan - General Director of Green Mobile Application Joint Stock Company at the workshop "Application of Tanca software in corporate management." The workshop was co-organized by Ho Chi Minh City Center for Science and Technology Information and Statistics (CESTI) on June 30.

According to Mr. Quan, at present, technologies in digital transformation (AI, IoT, Cloud, Bigdata, Blockchain and etc) are being strongly applied by many businesses around the world, aiming to create new needs or correct business processes, culture, and enhancing customer experiences.

More specifically, changes in customer behavior, business environment as well as the operation of traditional companies are facing many difficulties, so many businesses are willing to invest in digital transformation to reduce costs, increase business ability. There are two ways to apply digital transformation: one is to create new business models (such as Uber, Grab, Airbnb and etc), and two are to apply the new model to the existing business model.

Accordingly, Tanca.io is a personnel management software, capable of timekeeping with phones that integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technology in face recognition. This technology helps the software recognize employees when making time through phones and camera in the enterprise.

Tanca also uses IoT technology (connecting everything), can connect with fingerprint timekeeper, camera and smartphone to synchronize data to analyze this data.
