Effective management of intellectual property through ensuring human resources
To effectively manage intellectual property, enterprises need to ensure the availability of resources, including skilled human resources. Enterprises need to identify, provide and ensure the availability of human resources needed for IP asset management.


Enterprise innovation is the key factor for sustainable growth and development in the new context. An enterprise's ability to innovate includes its ability to respond to changing conditions of the landscape, seek out new opportunities, leverage the knowledge and creativity of everyone in the business, and coordinate activities external stakeholders.

In particular, enterprises implementing innovative initiatives and activities need to solve the problem of intellectual property in different forms because intellectual property is closely associated with innovation.

Intellectual Property (IP) refers to unique, value-added creations based on human intelligence, resulting from human ingenuity and creativity. Intellectual property is a type of property, and intellectual property rights (IPR) are rights arising from different types of intellectual property.

Effective intellectual property management allows businesses to optimize intellectual assets to maximize benefits related to innovation, while minimizing risks and costs. Intellectual property management enables collaboration with partners, competitors and customers, enhancing business innovation outcomes. Intellectual property management can create value through collaboration and is a new driver of business revenue.

In other words, intellectual property management includes activities aimed at forming, developing and exploiting intellectual property; preserve, protect and develop the value of intellectual property; management and use of revenue from commercial exploitation of intellectual property.

To effectively manage intellectual property, enterprises need to ensure the availability of resources, including skilled human resources. Enterprises need to identify, provide, and ensure the availability of human resources needed for intellectual property management activities.

Specifically, businesses need to determine the necessary intellectual property management capabilities of employees related to daily work; Determine what knowledge is needed and ensure that this knowledge is maintained within the business. Businesses need to manage change requirements for intellectual property management by reviewing employees' current knowledge and determining how to provide additional knowledge to employees.
