2014 could be a year of the super typhoon
According to evaluation of Hydrometeorology Prediction Center, nearly ten years ago, the weather situation in the whole country had abnormalities with a series of rare extreme events, such as hail, ice snow, supper hurricane and typhoon.

In 2013, a year of weather events was complex. Many extreme phenomenons never happened before; this has consecutively appeared as increasing the number of hurricanes, hail, ice snow and the biggest tides of nearly 60 years. Causes of the extreme weather events, in part is due to changes in atmosphere and climate change that were becoming increasingly strong.

Previously, the earth's climate was relatively stable. It can be said, it was a relatively stable machine, but now everything is so much variation in the negative direction. There is very little storm of a year, there are many storms of a year, accompanied by strong storms, such as  Hai Yen hurricane (this is one of the three most powerful storms).

Currently, scientists also predicted that solar works weakly. This would make the earth of falling into a cold period compared to previous period. Therefore, in 2014, we should be ready to respond with the extreme volatilities of weather and climate as the number of storms will continue to increase, and more super storms can happen.

In February, March, highland provinces will continue to get cold waves that cause snow. However, approximately from May to August is likely to have record heat waves in North and Central region with a record data that Hydrometeorology Prediction Center never observed.

Particularly, due to climate change are becoming more complex so next time, phenomena such as thunderstorms, whirlwind, hail, tornadoes can happen more powerful in every region of the whole country, especially in the Northern province, Central Highlands.

Therefore, in the coming summer, the people of the provinces monitor the forecasts of Hydrometeorology Prediction Center, as well as avoiding damage to people and property.
