Vietnamese engineers with multi-hull protopotype ship
Over one year of working, a speed-ship gets two hulls with modern technologies, finished by clever workers in southern river region, Vietnam.

The express greenCat ship is under associated in production among 50 workers of  Greenlines DP (Vung Tau) and Tan A Dong Shipbuilding workshop (Tien Giang province). The ship provides with 43 seats, and the maximum speed can reach about 35-45 nautical mile/hour (Route from Ho Chi Minh city - Vung Tau within 1.5 hours). The special structure of two hulls will reduce unsteady state for the whole ship.

In addition, composite material is quite familiar to shipbuilding techniques, ship’s cover was added with Kevlar fibers – material can be used in making bulletproof vest. Combining these two materials help Greencat is far lighter than the same size of vessel. Even if it occurred a collision, the hull would be surely floated.

GreenCat, made in Vietnam, it takes 1 million USD to build a ship with 42 seats, and it is cheaper two times than the imported ships from oversea. Sound isolation, air conditioner and Wi-Fi network will be equipped when the ship is put into the operation.
