The Vietnam Innovation Challenge is entering its second season with the expectation of creating an intellectual playground to promote ideas and exploit opportunities in the semiconductor, artificial intelligence (AI) industry, thus contributing to enhancing the integration of Vietnam’s technology sector into the global digital economy.
The training course was organized by the Department of Science and Technology in cooperation with Quest Venture on March 29, 2020 to provide information and guidance to enterprises when investing in innovations, improving productivity and competitiveness, especially for enterprises that have invested in science and technology development funds.
The report of the Ministry of Science and Technology at the National Conference of Directorates of Science & Technology 2024 showed that, basically, by 2023 all localities set up a minimum of the balance of the Central Government. In particular, 39 out of 63 local authorities (61%) were actively balancing, allocating more funds than the central government announced.
On the 24th of March, 2020, at Dao Son high school, Linh Xuan ward, Thu Duc City, it took place Day of Innovative Young Scientists, celebrating Youth Day 2024. The program was organized by Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union in coordination with Science, Technology and Information Division, with the aim of promoting the application of scientific and technological solutions, innovation and digital transformation in the activities of the Unit and enhancing the digital capacity of the youths. To participate in the implementation of the project “Smart City Building, digital transformation Thu Duc City” for the period of 2021-2025.
In the recent 113th session of the Scientific Council of the Dubna Institute of Nuclear Research (JINR), an article by Dr. Tran Chien Thang (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education) and colleagues were awarded third prize in the field of theoretical physics.
