Reviewing the trade policies of member countries is one of the most important tasks of the World Trade Organization (WTO) to ensure transparency in the implementation of commitments and obligations under the WTO framework. According to regulations, Vietnam must carry out a review of its trade policy every 7 years. The second review session of Vietnam's trade policy for the period of 2013 - 2019 was held online on April 27 and 29, 2021 in Hanoi, Vietnam. In this review session, intellectual property is one of the issues that many WTO member countries are concerned about.
