Group of vulnerable countries before climate change

On September 8, in Peru's Lima capital, finance ministers of 20 worst serious affected countries by climate change, from the Kingdom of Bhutan belongs to Himalayan to Tuvalu island nation in the Pacific gathered to assess the birth of a new group, called the V20.
|
The group was formed to emphasize the need for strong action to prevent further global warming situation. Vietnam is also a member of the group of 20 countries.
With a population of over 700 million people, V20 assembled low and middle income countries, with arid land topography, hilly areas. 20 countries had only 2% of greenhouse gas emissions, but those had been most affected by climate change, with over 50,000 people killed each year since 2010 related to increasingly global temperature. |
