This is the result, a solid affirmation of the prestige, quality, reputation and value of Thai Nguyen tea. Achieving the above results is due to the recent years Thai Nguyen province has focused on creating a brand name for products in the domestic and international markets. In particular, the issue of intellectual property rights protection for Thai Nguyen tea products is of particular concern.

Up to now, the collective trademark "Thai Nguyen Tea" has been protected in 6 countries and territories including: USA, China, Russia, Japan, Korea and Taiwan (China).

Building and developing the collective brand "Thai Nguyen Tea" in markets with export potential is a necessary requirement today. This work helps Thai Nguyen tea avoid increasing commercial and civil disputes in foreign markets. Meanwhile, Thai Nguyen tea products are facing many challenges in terms of intellectual property.
